Powdered Sugar Glaze

This is a multi-purpose recipe that is used in several of our family’s favorite treats, including Sweet Rolls and Cherry Bars.

milk or light cream
powdered sugar
salt
vanilla

Add milk or light cream to 3 cups powdered sugar – start with about 2 Tbsp, then add more slowly just until it reaches spreading consistency. Add a dash of salt and 1 tsp vanilla. Refrigerate any leftovers.
