Ham Fried Rice

1 lb raw rice
4 Tbsp butter
1 qt water
1 tsp chicken bullion
pepper
grated onion
1/4 c soy sauce
1 c bean sprouts
chopped scrambled egg
diced ham
peas

Add rice to melted butter and saute until lightly browned. Add water and bullion, then cover and cook until rice is done (about 20-30 minutes).

Stir remaining ingredients into prepared rice, and cook until heated through.
