Fruit Pudding Cake

1-2 Tbsp butter
1 c flour
1 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 c milk
1 quart or 1 large can of fruit

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in a 9×13″ pan as oven warms. In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk. Pour mixture into warmed pan, then spread fruit over it.

Bake for 45-50 minutes. Serve plain or with ice cream.
