White Bread

2 Tbsp yeast
3 1/3 c warm water
1/4 c sugar
1 Tbsp salt
3 Tbsp butter
9+ c flour

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Knead 15 minutes. Raise until double. Roll to form 3 loaves. Raise. Bake 25 minutes.

Crusts: Brush with butter after baking = yummy; Brush with egg before baking = shiny and crisp; Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar = sweet bread.
