Coconut Macaroons

2 egg whites
dash salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c sugar
1 1/3 c coconut

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F.

Beat egg whites, salt, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Add sugar and continue beating to stiff peaks. Fold in coconut. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
