…Also known as “Top Hat Pueblo Rolls,” these are great for little sandwiches.

2 c warm water
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp salt
~2 c flour
~2 c semolina flour

Prepare dough as you would for regular bread, and allow to raise.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Form rolls out of two stacked rounds, the smaller one on top. Raise again, then bake for 15-20 minutes.
