Perfect Pie Crust

2 c flour (Sift, then measure)
1 tsp salt
1 c shortening
¼ c ice water

Mix flour and salt together. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in ice water with a fork until dough holds together. Form into two rough balls. (Note: handling too much makes dough tough.) Roll out on lightly floured canvas.
