Sourdough Pancakes

1 ½ cups of sourdough starter
1 cup unsifted flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ cups sourdough starter
½ cup milk
1 egg slightly beaten
3 tbsp cooking oil

Remove and set aside measured starter 30 minutes before mixing. Preheat griddle to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir well till blended. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well, but batter will be slightly lumpy.
