Seasoning Mix
1 1/2 c dried minced onion
1 c crushed, dried parsley
1 c chicken bouillon
1 c dried celery flakes
1/4 c salt
1/8 c ground thyme
Combine and store in airtight container
In saucepan, heat 1 Tbsp butter. Add 1/4 c broken spaghetti pieces and 3/4 c white rice and cook over medium heat until pasta is light brown. Add 2 c water and 3 Tbsp seasoning mix. Cover and simmer 15-20 min or until water is absorbed and rice in tender.
