Little Pizzas

With five little girls and a few very picky appetites, this quick lunch or dinner was a regular in the Peterson house.

white bread
pizza sauce or Mom’s spaghetti sauce without the meat
mozzarella cheese, shredded
(optional: toppings…but we didn’t really go in for that)

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lay out bread slices on a broiling pan and spread each with sauce (~1/4 cup each). Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, but keep a close eye out that they don’t burn (because picky females under 10 years old will probably demand you make a new one if the edges turn black).
